Trade fair and conference transport in Stockholm

Stockholm hosts a serious calendar of trade fairs and conferences. Stockholmsmässan alone runs everything from BIO Europe and Stockholm Fashion Week to the medical and pharma circuits, and Kistamässan handles the rest. For exhibitors, attendees, and organisers, the transport between airport, hotel, and venue tends to be the most fragile part of the trip.

We have run that logistics chain often enough to know where it breaks. The fix is usually the same: book it in advance, fix the prices, put a real chauffeur in the car, and have a coordinator who picks up the phone when something changes.

Direct from ARN Airport to the venue

Land at Stockholm Arlanda Airport and go straight to Stockholmsmässan, Kistamässan, Münchenbryggeriet, or Clarion Hotel Stockholm. About eight kilometres from the airport to Stockholmsmässan — fifteen minutes outside rush hour, twenty-five at peak. Luggage stays with the driver or gets dropped at your hotel en route. No queuing for cabs, no dragging cases onto the metro.

Hotel-to-venue daily shuttles

For multi-day events, we run morning pickups timed to arrive at the venue before doors open. The drivers know the back routes around the city’s morning bicycle traffic — relevant in Stockholm in a way it is not elsewhere — and the access points around the Stockholmsmässan congestion zone. Evening shuttles run the reverse direction; we coordinate around your sessions and dinners.

VIP and speaker transport

For keynote speakers, board members, and VIP guests, a dedicated chauffeur means precise scheduling between halls, off-site meetings, and dinners. We handle this for several recurring conferences. Drivers wait nearby instead of going off shift, which means a 15-minute delay does not cascade into the next item on the agenda.

Group and team transport

The Mercedes V-Class carries six passengers with room for booth materials, samples, and presentation equipment. The Sprinter takes up to twelve. For larger exhibition teams during setup, the event days, and teardown, multiple vehicles run on a coordinated schedule with one point of contact for the whole booking.

Distributed design fair across showrooms and venues in the city. Hourly chauffeur hire is the natural fit for moving between addresses across three days.

UN City conferences

Diplomatic and NGO events at UN City in Nordhavn. Requires the kind of discretion and security awareness our drivers are used to.
