The hourly rate covers fuel, tolls within Stockholm, waiting time between stops, and the driver. There is no separate charge for the kilometres clocked or the time spent parked outside a restaurant. The rate you see at booking is the rate you pay, and if you want to extend the booking on the day, the driver can do that without surprising you with surge pricing.
