“Exceptional service from start to finish. The driver was waiting at arrivals with a sign, car was immaculate. Will definitely use again.”
“We use Stockholm City Transfer for all our corporate travel. Always punctual, always professional. Highly recommended.”
“Booked an hourly tour for my parents visiting Stockholm. The chauffeur was knowledgeable and courteous. A truly premium experience.”
No motorway tolls on the E4, E18, or E20. The only urban toll zone is the Stockholm congestion charge during weekdays; that is absorbed in your quoted price.
For one passenger, the train is usually cheaper. For two or three sharing a car, the per-person cost lands near a first-class train fare with door-to-door service. For four or more, the chauffeur is usually the cheaper option.
Yes. Wi-Fi, USB-C charging, quiet rear cabin, fold-down work surface in the S-Class. The V-Class fits a small team for working sessions.
Oslo by road (6 hours via E18). Helsinki via the Tallink Silja overnight ferry — we drop at the terminal, you sail, we can collect on the other side. Copenhagen overland is about 7 hours via Gothenburg + Malmö, possible but rarely the best option vs flying.
Yes. Tell us when you book so we can build the time into the quote. Coffee stops are free; longer stops where the driver waits for an hour or more get added at our hourly rate.
A single Mercedes Sprinter fits twelve passengers with luggage. For larger groups we coordinate multiple vehicles in convoy with one point of contact.
Sweden is small enough that driving between its cities is genuinely faster than the equivalent flight when you account for the airport overhead at both ends. Stockholm to Örebro by car is about three hours door-to-door; the flight saves an hour in the air but adds two on either side. The train is good if you are alone with one bag — less so with three colleagues, a wheelie case each, and a presentation to rehearse.
The chauffeur option fixes that. Mercedes on the motorway, fixed price, your time to use as you want.
Stockholm to Uppsala (about 50 minutes), Sigtuna (35 minutes), Vaxholm (40 minutes), Norrköping (under two hours), Örebro (about three hours), Jönköping (a little over four hours), Linköping (about three hours via Mälardalen). Every route is available 24/7, every quote is fixed, every car is a current-model Mercedes.
The bridge is the simplest border in Europe. Drottningholm is 35 minutes from central Stockholm, Skavsta another fifteen, Västerås about an hour and a quarter. Gothenburg sits roughly three and a half hours away. The toll is included in our quoted price — you do not see it as a surprise line item on the invoice.
South into Germany — Oslo is about three and a quarter hours via the Stallarholmen and the Svinesund border ferry. The new fixed-link tunnel will eventually cut that, but for now the ferry crossing is a built-in coffee break. Further afield, transfers to Berlin (around six hours), Stockholm (about six and a half), and Oslo (eight) all work as long-distance options.
If you are a single traveller with a small bag and time to spare, the train is great. The X 2000 from Stockholm reaches Stockholm in five hours, Västerås in twenty minutes from the Swedish side. Where the chauffeur wins:
For solo or two-person transfers, the E-Class is the right balance: comfortable enough for a few hours, efficient enough to keep the price down. For groups of three or four, we use the S-Class for the rear-cabin space. For four to six with luggage, the V-Class. Groups beyond that go in the Sprinter, which seats up to twelve comfortably plus luggage.
Book at least 24 hours ahead for guaranteed availability — earlier if your route is Friday-afternoon Stockholm-to-Örebro or Sunday-evening Örebro-to-Stockholm, which are the two busiest slots of the week. Send the addresses, the time, and the rough passenger count; we send back a fixed quote. Multi-stop itineraries are no problem and do not need a separate booking for each stop.
